Parts Specialist in Forestry & Gardening Wanted at RemButiken Sweden AB (e-commerce) in Tidaholm.

We are looking for someone who has

• Previous experience in parts sales, repairs of lawn mowers, machinery, vehicles, and similar.
• Technical knowledge to understand exploded views/parts.
• An interest in gardening machines, chainsaws, and similar.
• Good computer skills.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right parts for e.g. lawn mowers and snow blowers.
• Handle and resolve inquiries regarding orders, payments, complaints, returns, etc.
• File claims for shipments with transport companies.
• Print orders.
• Other administrative tasks.
• Picking & packing.
• Incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Customer service is conducted only via email.

Other requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Working hours & employment

• Daytime
• Selection is ongoing and the job may be filled before the application deadline.
• We apply a 3-month probationary period.
• The work tasks are performed at our location in Tidaholm.
